Introduction
This statement has been published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken CTRM Cubed Limited (the Company) for the financial year 2022/23 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its own business operations and supply chains.
Organisational structure and operations
CTRM Cubed Limited is a software and consultancy business working within the Energy and Commodities sector. The Company provide services predominantly in the UK and EU, but also worldwide through a cloud Software-as-a-Service platform.
Our operations are based in the UK and all staff and contractors are based in the UK.
Our turnover is below the UK government’s threshold for mandatory reporting; however, as an organisation we are committed to the principles outlined in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our anti-slavery measures
Our recruitment process ensures all prospective employees and contractors are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.
The Company does not enter into business with any organisation which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, trafficking, or forced or compulsory labour.
All employees and contractors are briefed on anti-slavery as part of induction and reviewed annually.
