Introduction

This statement has been published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken CTRM Cubed Limited for the financial year 2021/22 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its own business operations and supply chains.

Organisational structure and operations

CTRM Cubed Limited is a software and consultancy business working within the Energy and Commodities sector. We provide services predominantly in the UK and EU, but also worldwide through our cloud Software-as-a-Service platform.

Our operations are based in the UK and all staff and contractors are based in the UK.

Our turnover is below the UK government’s threshold for mandatory reporting; however as an organisation we are committed to the principles outlined in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our anti-slavery measures

Our recruitment process ensures all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.

We do not enter into business with any organisation which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, trafficking, or forced or compulsory labour.

All staff and contractors are briefed on anti-slavery as part of induction and also reviewed annually.
